This year, Take a Pain Check Foundation is going big. We would like to personally invite you to join us at a landmark near you to participate in our global campaign!

On Saturday, March 18, 2023, Take a Pain Check is lighting up landmarks across the globe Blue for World Young Rheumatic Disease Day (WORD Day). A total of 23 landmarks will light up blue this weekend in order to raise awareness and demonstrate solidarity for young people affected by rheumatic diseases.

If a landmark near you is #LightingitBlueforWorldYoungRheumaticDiseaseDay, we encourage you to:
– Dress up in blue, gather your crew, and make your way to the landmark
– Take photos to showcase you and your crew being a part of this worldwide celebration
– Post your photos on social media, tagging us and using any of the hashtags: #LightingitBlueforWorldYoungRheumaticDiseaseDay #lightitblue #takeapaincheck #tapclightitblue #lightitblue4wordday. Feel free to also email us a copy of your picture!

The most festive photo will win your favourite bundle of Take a Pain Check merchandise! Each photo entry will be automatically entered in a raffle to win more prizes.
