Word Day 2021 in Argentina
The Fundación de Reumatología Infanto Juvenil from Argentina is organizing the following activities for the Word Day 2021.
Following the protocols in time of pandemia, all the activities will be virtual.
We contacted the Pediatric Rheumatologist all over the country in order that during the week of March 18th each center in every province make one virtual meeting with their patients, families and teachers in order to speak about the most frequent rheumatic diseases in children and adolescents.
We will link the PediatricRheumatologists in every city with printed or visual media to participate in interview or write an article for a newspaper or magazine.
We prepared booklets, flyers and posters to send through e mail to every center in order that they distribute it in the society.
On the 18th we scheduled a webinar through the platform of the Sociedad Argentina de Reumatología with 7 Latin American countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Paraguay) to meet health teams, patients and families, teachers and other members of the society. We want to give them information about pediatric rheumatic diseases in order they have tools to become an advocate and spread the Word. This will be the first Latin American meeting of this kind. At the end we will exchange experiences between the countries. The speakers are Pediatric Rheumatologists, Physical Therapist. Psicologist for theaching and Master on Disability.
All the activities are organized by Fundación de Reumatología Infanto Juvenil and supported by
Sociedad Argentina de Pediatría
Sociedad Argentina de Reumatología
Asociación Argentina de Kinesiología

I enclose the program in Spanish and we have also some booklets and posters also in Spanish.
